Lee did a fabulous job when tiling our kitchen. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking for a professional, skilled and experienced tiling specialist. He was always punctual, respectful and thorough in his work, as well as being a really pleasant person to have in your home. He took care to listen to our needs and to give his expert opinion. The job was completed well on time and to a superb standard, at an extremely reasonable price. Cannot praise enough, was asked to sort out a shower which had some holes in the grouting and was leaking into the floor below and not only fully addressed this on time and to quote, also overdelivered by giving the whole bathroom a through going over, including repairing a fitting which had fallen off the wall, cleaning (and de-scaling where needed) every surface in the room and the sink and toilet, polishing all the chrome work and the towel rail, taking the extractor off the wall and cleaning it out, clearing out all the drains, descaling the shower head and even the kettle in the kitchen while he was at it! Consummate professional who I fully recommend and intend to use again to polish up the other bathroom and the kitchen in the summer.

If youre a single, disabled women do not go with this man. Ive tried to liaise between my landlady and him to organise to retile my bathroom and constantly, ive experienced anxiety about whether or not he will get paid. Obviously.what other people do is beyond my control. He could have asked to be shown the texts or for my landladys number to confirm but instead, and in my own house, became very patronising towards me using hand gestures and passive aggressive body language to explain his fear of not getting paid. As a self employed person myself, i am very aware of this. When i said i feel patronised and that im english (even though im mixed race) he did not apologise. He didnt listen to what i had to say and i had to explain clearly how i felt. In the end he used my own words against me, calling me patronising rather than owning accountability and simply saying sorry. Sorry seems to be the hardest word sometimes... Not my problem that others may or may not have paid him in the past. This patronising and impatient body language and gestures in my own home were uncalled for.
